Welcome to Digi Ghar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you buy or use digital products from Digi Ghar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

  1. OUR PRODUCTS
    Digi Ghar sells digital products such as video reel bundles, planners, templates and guides. Every product is digital. Nothing is shipped to you.
    The product page describes what each product includes. Please read it before you buy.
  2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the page says otherwise.
  • The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order that is already complete.
  • Payments are handled by third-party payment partners. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Optional add-ons shown at checkout are charged only if you select them.
  • If a payment fails, or money is deducted and you do not get a confirmation, write to us with your payment reference.
  1. DELIVERY
  • After successful payment, access is given on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
  • You are responsible for entering a correct email address and phone number.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you do not get access within 24 hours, email us.
  • Some products are delivered as a download link. Keep it safe and do not share it. We may update files or links to keep them working.
  1. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
    When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as described on the product page and in any licence file supplied with the product.
    Some products include Private Label Rights (PLR) and/or Master Resell Rights (MRR). The exact rights, such as editing, rebranding or reselling, are stated in the licence supplied with that product. PLR or MRR does not automatically mean unrestricted use. If the licence does not mention something, please assume it is not allowed.
    Unless the licence clearly allows it, you may not:
  • share, upload or give away the product files or your download link;
  • sell or sublicense the product, or pass it off as a product you created in a way the licence does not permit;
  • use the product for anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or against the rules of a platform.
    If you break these Terms, we may stop providing updates and support for your purchase.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content, names, logos and designs on our pages and in our products belong to Digi Ghar or its licensors. Buying a product gives you only the licence described in section 4. It does not transfer ownership.
    Some products may include material licensed from third parties. Their terms are in the licence file supplied with the product.
  2. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
    Digital products can be copied once delivered, so orders are generally not refundable. We will help, or refund, in these cases:
  • you were charged more than once for the same order (we refund the extra amount);
  • money was deducted but you did not receive access, and we cannot fix it within 7 days;
  • the file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is materially different from the product description, and we cannot fix it within 7 days.
    To request help, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order email, phone number, payment reference and a short description. A screenshot helps. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 working days after approval for it to show in your account.
    Refunds are not available for change of mind, for not using the product, or because results did not match your expectations.
  1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
    Our products are tools. We do not guarantee views, followers, sales or income. Results depend on your effort, niche, content quality and the platforms you use. Any example we show is for illustration and is not a promise of results.
  2. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
    You are responsible for following the rules of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and any other platform where you post. We are not responsible for reduced reach, removed content or account actions taken by a platform.
  3. ACCEPTABLE USE
    You agree not to use our pages or products for unlawful purposes, post misleading or harmful content, try to hack, scrape or disrupt our pages, or use someone else’s payment details.
  4. SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS

    We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
  5. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION
    We collect your email address and phone number (and your name, if you give it) to deliver your order, give support and send order-related messages. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store, such as payment, email and hosting, or when the law requires.
    We may send you emails about your order, reminders about an unfinished checkout, and occasional offers. You can stop offers at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us.

  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Digi Ghar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or account suspension, arising from use of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
    Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
  7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. An order you placed earlier stays under the Terms in force when you bought.
  8. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your city], West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
